Refund and Cancellation Policy

An Automobile Premium Bill is mailed to the insured prior to the due date. If payment is not received by the indicated due date, a "Notice of Cancellation or Non-Renewal” will be mailed. If the premium payment is not received before the cancellation date, the policy will cancel for non-payment of premium. There is no grace period unless required by state law. After the policy is cancelled or expired, any excess premium will be returned to the insured promptly.
